Prayer Times
Q: Why are my prayer times different from other sources?
A: Prayer times can vary based on the calculation method used. You can adjust the calculation method in the app settings. Different methods (such as MWL, ISNA, or custom angles) may produce slightly different times.
Q: How do I enable prayer notifications?
A: Go to Settings → Notifications → Enable Notifications, then enable Prayer Reminders. Make sure you've granted notification permissions to the app in your device settings.
Qibla Direction
Q: The Qibla direction seems inaccurate. What should I do?
A: Make sure your device's compass is calibrated. Move your phone in a figure-8 pattern to calibrate. Also ensure that location services are enabled for accurate Qibla calculation.
Quran
Q: How do I change the translation language?
A: Open any Surah, then tap the language selector at the top. Muslim Noor supports 11 languages including English, Arabic, Turkish, Russian, Azerbaijani, French, Spanish, Indonesian, Swedish, Urdu, and Chinese.

Q: How do I change the app language?
A: Go to Settings → Appearance → Language, then select your preferred language from the list.
Q: Does the app work offline?
A: Yes! Muslim Noor works completely offline. All Quran content, prayer time calculations, and Qibla direction work without an internet connection. Only location services require GPS, which works offline.
